Our Classes

Sense Signature
Our full body Reformer Pilates practice integrates classical foundations with a modern, athletic approach. Using the reformer and tower, each class follows intentionally programmed sequences that develop long, supportive strength through precision and control. Clear, thoughtful instruction allows the work to feel both personal and grounded.

Body Roll
An infrared recovery experience designed to support muscle release and circulation. Guided, easy to follow positions move the body through a rhythmic rolling sequence that mimics foam rolling and lymphatic massage. Often paired with Pilates, this restorative offering helps ease tension, support recovery, and leave the body feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed.
