Our Classes

Sense Signature

Our full body Reformer Pilates practice that blends classical foundations with a modern, athletic approach. Utilizing the reformer and tower, each class moves through intentionally programmed sequences designed to build long, supportive strength with focus and control. Thoughtful guidance throughout each class allows the practice to unfold in a way that feels personal and supportive.

Body Roll Recovery

An infrared recovery experience designed to support muscle release and circulation. Guided, easy to follow positions move the body through a rhythmic rolling sequence that mimics foam rolling and lymphatic massage. Often paired with Pilates, this restorative offering helps ease tension, support recovery, and leave the body feeling lighter, calmer, and refreshed.
