Sense Signature.

Our 45-minute Reformer Full Body class merges classical Pilates with modern athletic choreography to deliver a workout that sculpts and leaves you sore for days. Our Signature class groups exercises by muscle focus and incorporates more repetitions than traditional Pilates, promising a spicy workout experience. Designed for everyone from beginners to advanced clients, our skilled instructors tailor each movement to challenge and support you at any level. Featuring slow, controlled movements to intensify the burn— expect to plank, hold, pulse, and shake.

Sense Foundations.

We crafted our 45-minute Foundations class to welcome both newcomers and experienced practitioners looking to refine their skills. This session establishes the crucial basics of Pilates, such as breathing, control, and awareness, under the guidance of our skilled instructors. We progress at a steady pace to ensure proper alignment while preparing you for more advanced workouts. It’s important for all clients to listen to their bodies and take breaks or stop as needed.

SENSE JUMP + SCULPT

A high-energy evolution of our classic Sense Signature class, this full-body reformer workout weaves in low-impact cardio bursts using the cardio trampoline to elevate your heart rate while staying gentle on the joints. You’ll move through dynamic sequences that blend strength, control, and endurance – boosting metabolism, improving coordination, and delivering a sculpting, sweat-inducing flow from head to toe. The cardio is thoughtfully integrated, keeping your movement purposeful and balanced. Perfect for all levels looking to add a heart-healthy challenge to their Pilates practice
